2 Bedrooms upstairs, both with access to screened-in porch and large picture windows.
1 Bedroom downstairs.
All New Beds with Pillow-Top Mattresses.

Upstairs Living Room: 27 inch TV with DVD and VCR Player - NBC reception. Small Selection of Videos. Board Games, Small Selection of Books

Full Screened In Porch - Approximately 20 X 30 ft, with Wicker furniture sitting area. Seperate dining table for enjoying breakfast and coffee with a spectacular view.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Gameroom with new 8' Ohlhausen Pool Table, Full Cedar Bar for entertaining, Frig.

Family room with couch, loveseat and coffee table. Couch converts to queen size pullout bed

Laundry Room with washer, dryer and folding counter —just bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Large Storage Room for coolers etc.

OUTSIDE:
Boat Launch - On site, next to dock. Can handle bass boat, walleye boat and pleasure boats of moderate size ( my 19 ft bass boat goes in no problem) Larger boats can launch in close proximity.

Boat Dock - with bumpers allow you to tie up boat and leave in water during your stay.

OTHER:
Lot is large with 325ft of Water frontage ( the largest you can find in the rental market!)
